The through-line is the job rather than the sector: take work people do by hand, turn it into product, and let a small team carry more. I’ve done that as a first product hire, through an acquisition and the rebuild that followed, and with accountability across eight markets.
I’d rather build the tooling than write the policy. The AI work on this site is real software, with honest labels for what’s running. The scoreboard is always the commercial result.
